Previous work experience: PR assistant for Debenhams and Chase PR. Fashion assistant at the fabulous STAR! magazine and a week spent as assistant to the fashion editor at Prima Baby magazine.

I spend my days working hard and playing hard. I live with my boyfriend, Dan whom I adore and always draw inspiration from; he is a fashion designer in the making. We are both film fanatics currently experiencing a horror film craze though I do manage to fit in a witty chick flick here and there. Current fave - Marie Antoinette for the genius art direction and costume design.

Though I do home a passion for writing it is not where my strengths lie, I leave that hobby within the four walls of my flat and blog.  Have a peek, and add some blurb!

Shopping is of course a hobby of mine, I am one of those who tend to ignore the minus in front of my bank balance and just get on with it! A fave quote of mine has to be; “I’m not friends with my bank this week!”

A tea drinker, I am partial to an earl grey tea in the afternoon in my adorable polka Emma Bridgewater china! Amongst many craves I do enjoy a cosmopolitan or when in my home town Derby, a Tartini! And I am not ashamed to admit I am a bit of a beer drinker!

Amongst my favorite places to go in Nottingham The Orange Tree is top of the list, great anytime of the day! Bar Eleven in the evening and the Hockley cafe for the best beans and cheese on toast when I just don’t have the energy to cook breakfast. Oh and not forgetting the Broadway Cinema; films, alcohol and comfy seats – You can’t go wrong!

Music is a big part of my everyday life, with the likes of AIR, SIA and DJ Shadow featuring on my play list. Fashion shows, ice hockey matches and poker nights are my favorite socializing events where fancy dress does not feature!

I dream of being a stylist one day, already planning my move to London with Dan in the summer, I cannot wait to get stuck in and get my career started in fashion styling and I am loving working at STAMP fashion tabloid.
