Previous work experience: I started at Vogue, then went to Harper’s Bazaar, had a spell at The Times fashion department, back to Vogue and then finally, did PR at Estée Lauder handling designer fragrances such as Missoni, Donna Karen and Michel Kors. I have both the journalism and PR bug and am constantly pursuing the chance to write and work with fashion.
My cravings include dancing all night (and sometimes in the day), lingerie, sushi, fashion magazines, cosmopolitans and long Sunday lunches with my large family of my parents, three sisters and their husbands, my nephew Max, and my two neices baby Tabitha and new-born baby Amelia.
My ideal week includes the right mix of hard work, play and shopping, thrown in with a lovely night in, cooking with Adam.
Nottingham and London are my two cities - both illustrate energy, a mix of old and new, fashion and fun. My best Nottingham moments have occurred at Brownes, Topshop, The Orange Tree, and Arthur Street. In London, people-watching at the The Oriel in Sloane Square is wonderful, and a sunny, Friday morning at Portobello Market is my idea of paradise. I love to travel, however I admit I’m not too adventurous and like a nice relaxing holiday or a city break. I carry my camera around for spontaneous snapshots of friends, family and the sights and colours of the world. My favourite city moments further a field include photographing the amazing sites of Naples, eating cupcakes and soaking in the atmosphere of New York’s Bleecker Street with Charli, and laughing all night in a tiny pizzeria in central Paris with Laura and Emma.
I am a big hair fanatic and Charli and I often compare hairsprays and help each other with subtle back combing! Sooty eyes and nude lips are a winning combination, and I think the best item a girl can have in her wardrobe is a dress, whether with heels for glamour or flip flops for long liquid lunches in the summer sun.
I have so enjoyed meeting different people and going different places with STAMP. We all hope you love the result!
